Mrs. Emily Lobb

5th/6th Grade

Emily began her education as a student in the former St. Joseph School and has carried her love of learning and teaching ever since. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and a graduate degree from the University of Michigan–Flint, which opened the door to a wide range of opportunities—from over a decade in Children’s Ministry to teaching preschool and, most recently, middle school math and science. With nearly 20 years of experience in education, Emily brings both joy and dedication to her classroom. She and her husband, Aaron, are blessed with six daughters: Grace, Lola, Ellie, Amelia, Polly, and Wendy. She and her family reside in Owosso, where Emily was born and raised. At St. Paul School, Emily is often found singing songs of praise and inspiring her students as she follows God’s calling to teach and share the Good News.
