SCRIP Program

*Please have the family name on the memo line of all checks collected and make sure checks are made out to St. Paul HSC Scrip.

Purpose:

To provide St. Paul School families a means to reduce their tuition payment and also provide extra income to the HSC fund. HSC will purchase gift certificates, or SCRIP, from popular retailers at a discount, predetermined by the retailer. Parents then buy the gift certificates from the HSC at face value. The family will receive 65% of the profit from each certificate they purchase, which will be used to reduce their tuition. HSC receives the other 35% to deposit into their general fund.

Enrollment:

The SCRIP Program is open to all St. Paul School parents, school employees, and parents of preschool children who will be enrolling their children in the upcoming school year. Parents may sign up for the program by completing an enrollment form (available in the school office). Families are permitted and encouraged to obtain orders from relatives and friends but only one total order and one check should be enclosed.

Orders:

Each participating family will fill out an order form and place it in the envelope with a check payable to: St. Paul HSC-SCRIP. Make sure the family name is on the memo line for outside orders. Orders will be taken in the Teacher's Lounge on Mondays from 8:30-9:15. If school is cancelled on a Monday, orders will be taken on Tuesday from 8:30-9:15. The orders may be picked up Thursdays from 8:30-9:00 or Mondays from 8:30-9:15. Orders will also be available in the school office on Fridays.

Students may bring order forms and checks to school but the HSC is not responsible for lost order forms. Students may not pick up orders to bring home.

More information is available in the school office.
